Project Description

This project involved two 2 storey extensions and a complete refurbishment of the existing building with new hardwood windows throughout and underfloor heating to all areas of the ground floor. The whole house was clad externally with an insulation board and then finished with a through colour Jub system render. We built a treble garage with an annexe above. Substantial Victorian lead canopies were fitted to the external facades. The house itself has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, some ensuite. The master bedroom contained a vaulted ceiling and a walk out balcony providing stunning views across the surrounding countryside.
