Project Description

Work on this project began demolishing a Chalet style bungalow then in it's place erect a substantial 4 bedroom 4 bathroom new build house. Internally the living area is on the first floor and bedrooms on the ground floor. The 60sqm kitchen area benefits from a four directional vaulted ceiling and other reception areas with tray ceilings (with LED lighting).

At the rear of the property is a large external veranda which benefits from great views across the stunning countryside.

In addition to the house a double garage with studio's above was also built. Photo voltaic panels were installed to the garage roof along with a 'Tesla Powerwall' battery to store excess energy generated during the day and make it usable when needed.

There was also an MVHR system installed to provide continuous ventilation whilst recovering heat from exhaust air to ensure clean filtered air is drawn in without adding to energy bills through additional heat requirement. Underfloor heating throughout ensures individual rooms are independently controllable.
