Listed below are a selection of projects we have carried out over the last few years, ranging from new residential builds, to commercial and Industrial premises.

Butser Ancient Farm

This was a great project which involved building a new visitors centre at Butser Ancient Farm.

Manor Green Road

This project first began in November 2009. It consisted of eighteen 2 bedroom flats with commercial units under.

Park Road

Park Road was a new build project in the town centre of Petersfield consisting of two very large luxury flats with 240m² of retail underneath.

Common Lane is a four bedroom new build house with substantial kitchen and reception rooms including a spacious games room above the attached garage.

This development consisted of two 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached houses constructed to a very high specification.

This was a construction of a luxury 5 bedroom detached house, with extensive basement level.

The Barn House

The Barn House is a substantial replacement dwelling with a floor area of 350m² incorporating modern renewable energy sources such as an air source heat pump, solar PV, solar thermal and rainwater harvesting.

The Old Vicarage

This is our first contract for the New Forest National Park Authority. These two semi-detached new builds were set in picturesque village of Bransgore.

Wiltshire House

This original 1960’s unattractive house was largely demolished. In its place we built a six bedroom all ensuite New England style substantial house.

Wield Industries

Wield was an extensive project and offered us the unique opportunity to build a winery in which high quality champagne style English wine is produced.

Liphook Methodist Church

On this project we opened up the front of the church to provide easy access, including building a disabled ramp, steps and railings.

This project involved two 2 storey extensions and a complete refurbishment of the existing building with new hardwood windows throughout and underfloor heating to all areas of the ground floor.

This project involved a substantial refurbishment of a three bedroom detached property with the creation of an artist’s studio in the rear garden.

Pond Cottage

This extensive refurbishment transformed what was a dated 1960’s new build into a stunning, modern and contemporary 4 bedroom (some ensuite) detached family home.

The Parsonage

The Parsonage was a small three bedroomed detached house in the countryside near Winchester. It comprised of a full refurbishment including a large double storey kitchen extension with two further bedrooms above, dressing rooms and ensuites.

Buckmore Farm

This project involved the complete renovation and conversion of a derelict listed barn to provide prestigious offices for a local architectural practice.

Eastgate House

The Eastgate house project consisted of a new build penthouse to the top of a five storey old paper mill overlooking the West Quay docks of Southampton.

The Old College

Complete renovation of a Grade II listed building that was previously used as local authority offices to provide a substantial dwelling and self contained office suite.

Campfield Lodge

Extension and refurbishment of a period cottage involving part of the ground floor being formed using Caltite waterproof concrete retaining walls due to it being below ground level.

East Acre was an extensive single storey extension with decked roof terrace, stone balustrades and lantern.

Glen House was a brick and stone extension to an already very beautiful Victorian house in Hillbrow, Liss.

This project consisted of a two storey side extension and large single storey rear extension creating a large bedroom with ensuite, garage, utility room, study and kitchen/breakfast room along with extensive re-modelling of existing accommodation.

The front extension to Lickfold House consists of a double height and oak frame.

Total refurbishment of a five bedroom period family home that includes remodelling of both ground and first floors.

This project involved converting the old Women's Institute building into three modern apartments.

Southgate Street

Four Luxury apartments in the centre of Winchester with expansive views to the Cathedral and beyond.

Middlebourne Lane

Two new dwellings of contemporary design constructed using contiguous piling to the rear due to the steeply sloping site.

Large extension to an existing barn conversion. Careful consideration was taken to match the new extension with the barn.

We constructed these two buildings using the existing agricultural steel framed barn.

Houghtons

Large extension and major renovations to existing house to form a very large five bedroom house commanding magnificent views to the Southdowns National Park.

Fittleworth Village Shop

It's always nice to be involved with a community project and Fittleworth community shop and café was no exception.

Gables

Work on this project began demolishing a Chalet style bungalow then in it's place erect a substantial 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom new build house. Internally the living area is on the first floor and bedrooms on the ground floor. The 60sqm kitchen area benefits from a four directional vaulted ceiling and other reception areas with tray ceilings (with LED lighting).

Sack Lane Dairy are five new builds specifically built as live to work units with the sole purpose of running a business from home.

Partial demolition of integral garage to construct steel framed extended garage in arts and crafts style to match existing house and a modern rear kitchen extension with contrasting brickwork and a bespoke aluminium facia and soffit and seamless glass sliding doors.
